It turns out it's misuse of user-agent strings; for 'mobile' browsers, you get
redirected to
https://internetconsortevents.webex.com/mw0306lc/wireless/meetinglist.do?<blablabla>,
which says no meetings.

My phone's browser has a 'pretend to be normal' mode, with which it works fine.
But that's just a workaround, someone needs to go complain to webex :p
