[bind10-dev] failed sunstudio build

Hi,

we just fixed the builder error we got earlier from sunstudio. As it turns out,
our asio.hpp is not entirely selfcontained regarding includes; it needs unistd.h
to be included. It would appear that we indirectly included it in our other
uses, but not in scan.cc. I've added this now (with a check to only include it
if it is actually present), but just FYI, should someone run into this problem
again :)

(oh and we might want to try and ask the asio ppl to change this and include it
automatically)
