[bind10-dev] Changes to Trac Ticket fields

All,

Based on our call last night we agreed to make some changes to the BIND
10 Trac ticket fields. I have implemented the following changes:

      * "Billable?" has gone away
      * "Defect Severity" has been added, with Low/Medium/High/Very High
        as options, but defaulting to N/A (since this is mostly for
        defects)
      * "Sub-Project", with DNS/DHCP/Core, defaulting to DNS
      * "Feature Depending on Ticket", which will be used to document
        which tickets provide which features

I have also set the default milestone to "New Tasks" for now.

I haven't updated any old tickets, or any reports.
