I used to punch cards for Fortran programs! Until I found a way to write
online and send it to a card punch for the batch machine.

Not my fault. I wasn't responsible for the building and testing. There
wasn't anything that could have been done on the command line to build,
install and test the windows binaries. It should be done for BIND10.
