Hello
Some time ago, we agreed on including the ticket number in the "caption" line of
git commits, like:
[trac123] Cool feature
The feature is so cool it is hard to describe, etc, etc...
The number is valuable information, but the „trac“ part is useless and only
wastes precious 4 characters of the caption line (which shouldn't be too long,
usually git recommends not more than 65 to fit on 80 character display with some
other info in front, which is already quite short). I asked on jabber in nobody
objected on removing the trac, so lets do it. I updated wiki (including the hook
script, if you use it, please update). So it will look like:
[123] Cool feature
I don't think it's worth some enforcing, but being consistent is nice and the 4
characters will help me a lot.
Thank you

There is one difference between linux and windows.
With windows, you pay for the software, but you get all the T-shirts for free.
With linux, you get all the software for free, but you buy the T-shirts.
