ACL? Or did you think (assuming that we begin with a simple per zone
or even global ACL) it's too trivial to list?
Anyway, I didn't see anything obviously wrong or definitely missing in
the list. As was usually the case I suspect we'll find we missed
something as we actually start implementation, but with keeping it in
mind (i.e., let's not be too optimistic about the total amount of real
work) it looks reasonable.
