[bind10-dev] we need "get all RRsets" primitive for DDNS

As we already anticipated:-) I've noticed there are some missing
pieces for the DDNS work.  See the tickets I've created:

I wonder, without these, whether it may not make sense to try to
complete #1455 (prerequisite checks).  We could still do it with
skipping the part that would require the "get all" interface, but I
suspect the resulting coverage will then be quite small for the
complete set of prerequisite checks.

Maybe we should quickly get these tickets estimated and insert them to
the current sprint (or replace #1455 with them)?
