Actually, I had tried running it without LD_LIBRARY_PATH first (it's not
necessary for this platform anymore, though the general construct is
still needed for at least OSX afaik), but that doesn't help, it really
is the import order AFAICT.

My guess would be that it started failing on Nov 18, when #1376 got
merged (which added the import sqlite3 statement).

I have taken the liberty of moving it down, and adding a comment, it now
passes the tests (and builder page is all green! woohoo).

Feel free to open a ticket if people want a different solution :)
