[bind10-dev] we need "get all RRsets" primitive for DDNS

Okay, so I'm going to push them.  Meanwhile, it's better if we have
estimate points for them before someone actually starts working on
them.

I'm attaching a CSV file in the usual format for these tasks.  I'll
send my estimates to Jelte.  Hopefully some others can do it, too.
