[bind10-dev] Kea user testing

All,

Stephen wanted someone to do a bit of user-level testing of the BIND 10
DHCP (codename "Kea") work. So I gave it a go.

The basic approach was to set up virtual machines and use DHCP on the
virtual network to make sure everything works okay. Most of the effort
involved was in setting up the virtual environment - which makes sense
since the functionality of the software itself is very basic right now.

The setup is all hard-coded now, and Kea's DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 modules
don't run as integrated BIND 10 processes yet, so there was no
configuration on the BIND 10 side.

Once everything was setup then the servers did indeed give out DHCP
leases.

I've attached some notes about the details if you are interested.
