I'd like to mention the slight inconsistency in how auth's and resolver's ports
are configured and talk about it. I just put #565 to review and it allows for
start and stop of them without the need to restart the whole system and I
believe the first start should be with them both turned off. It would be nice if
we could talk about it for a moment.
