[bind10-dev] InMemory datasource finished

Hello

Merging #533 means we have in memory data source finished (at last the basic
features, it still misses DNSSEC, etc). Which means the A-team finished the
goals for Y2 and the testing can start.

Anyway, anybody working on the data source, there's a changelog entry mentioning
it (171.). Check if you agree with the wording and modify if you want.
