[bind10-dev] noncopyable classes

All,

We decided on the last call that we would indeed use boost::noncopyable
rather than implementing this ourselves each time.

I said I would update the Wiki to note this, but I am not sure the best
place for it. It doesn't look like we have a page about these kind of
things. Unless someone can point me to a reasonable location, I'll make
a new page for this.
