All,

We have a BIND 10 call scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, 2011-07-05).

So far I have the following topic to be discussed:

When to add tickets to current sprint?

Sometimes small, unplanned tasks get done in a sprint. It would
be useful to come up with some guidelines how to handle this.

I have been putting these onto the current sprint. My reasoning
is that the work has been done, and it is best to get it
reviewed and into the master as quickly as possible, before bit
        rot(*) sets in.

Jinmei correctly pointed out that there is a cost to this, which
is that the review takes time from other tasks. He suggested
that a better solution may be to put the ticket onto the
        next-sprint-proposed milestone.

Neither of us have very strong opinions, but we feel it should
        be discussed by the team.

Please send suggestions or requests for additional topics. Thanks!
