I think the library (and its language bindings) should be able to at
least read and write any type that has a definition somewhere, without
any complaints, unless it also has another definition that negates the
first.

Whether or not the server should accept and handle them is another
question imo, and that is where one would warn about obsoleted data.

BTW i also made a list once, at http://tjeb.nl/Projects/RRTypes but have
not updated it for a few years now i think (and I was not aware that WKS
was obsolete as an RRType).
