[bind10-dev] spring cleaning: old branches

Hey,

I think we could do a better job of keeping our upstream clean; we currently
have 109 open branches. 21 of those belong to tickets that have been closed
(probably more, there's 21 there that I can easily detect automatically), which
I plan to do later today, listed below, please responds ASAP if any of those
cannot be deleted). But that still leaves 88 branches, and I really can't
imagine we have 88 open issues that are either waiting or that we are actively
working on :)

Should people not realize it; git branch -d only deletes your *local* branch; to
remove a branch from upstream you shoud use git push origin :<branchname> (or
git push origin :refs/heads/<branchname> if git can't figure out which branch
you mean with the former)

(some undeleted branches are mine, so yes I'm also grumpy at myself :) )
