As discussed during the BIND 10 DNS sprint planning on Tuesday ...

The current sprint ends on Tuesday, Nov. 22.

The release was scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 24.

But that is my U.S. holiday and I will be unavailable for a couple days. 
(I hope to go backpacking!)

The plan is now: branch on Wednesday, Nov. 23 and complete everything 
for release then -- and then release on Monday, Nov. 28 (as discussed).

DHCP developers: please let me know if you have anything to merge to 
master on Wednesday (Nov. 23) so we can plan accordingly and have time 
for all build/test machines to run before branching.
