[bind10-dev] another system test autobuild (using lettuce)

I added another build to our build farm. It is on the macmini system.

This was runs "lettuce" within the tests/lettuce directory using the 
build. (This is third-party software used for behaviour-driven 
development. Maybe we will consider writing these types of tests before 
we actually do coding too.)

Please see the tests/lettuce/README and  tests/lettuce/README.tutorial 
provided from Jelte. (He did the great work for adding this to our 
tree.)

We should add some tests now with BIND 9, DHCP, BIND 10's DHCP, NSD, 
whatever to see if we can make some portable scenarios.
