I don't like this idea, for two reasons:
• Implementation. It would be harder to gather it under the same „module“ and
  subscribe to only logical part of it (like the logging, everyone needs to
  subscribe to that, but with System/, it would need to listen to TSIG changes
  even if it was DHCP).
• It would put the whole logging on the same logical level of importance as, for
  example, Resolver/retries.

And I don't think users really care about distinction if this config belongs to
a specific executable or to a logical area of more than one thing.
