It doesn't really have to be the receptionist. I'm OK with any flexible enough
solution, thought I don't see any other elegant one.

Anyway, as I said, I see it might not be the right time now. But on the other
hand, the longer we wait and the more thing we add to auth, the less motivation
there is to actually fix it. I don't know what is the right thing to do.
