[bind10-dev] disabled tests in lib/datasrc

Two C++ unit test files in lib/datasrc were commented out:

It was not clear from the commit log why they were disabled (although
it seems to be related to the recent dlopen things), but shouldn't
this type of suppression be a temporary workaround?  Do we have a
ticket for fixing this?
