I believe that an RR_set_ should behave like a set, it has it in it's name.
Otherwise the protocol authors would name it RR list.
From more practical point of view, returning one thing multiple times makes
little sense, but putting it to a zone by DDNS or something makes, to just make
sure it contains the RR.
