I'm not sure if I understand the issue you're raising...are you
suggesting that the xfrin process store the diffs provided by IXFR-in
in a database table for the purpose of IXFR-in processing?

Is this something like the following?

Both master and slave originally had authority for example.com. and
example.org.  Then in the master the configuration has been changed so
that it doesn't have the authority for example.org any more.  And we
want to automatically propagate the configuration change to the slave.

If so, it's a nice feature (I'm not familiar, but I guess this is
something similar or equal to PowerDNS's "super master" feature), and
I think it's worth considering as a future extension.  But that will
be beyond the scope of our IXFR/DDNS/diff management design
discussion.
