I think it does, and I vaguely recall there was a discussion about
whether we can simply make a release a "real snapshot" at the time of
releasing.  And, in my vague recollection, there was objection due to
a rush of last-minute changes and regressions caused by them.

I tend to prefer honoring the sense of "continuous integration and
snapshot releasing", but I guess I have to admit our master is not
always super stable.  So, realistically, I understand if we some
"frozen period" is enforced.

This is a general opinion.  Regarding the implication due to the
different sprint timing for DNS and DHCP, I guess we should be able to
seek a better solution.
