[bind10-dev] statistics plan

Hello,

Regarding statistics plan, I revised the gantt chart which I sent
before to this list. Could you send any comments about this chart if
you have?

The changes are:
 - Two deadlines is put on each task which is planned after the next
   sprint.  The first one is the time when we three would like to
   receive the first feedback from a reviewer.  The second one is the
   time when we three would like to receive the final feedback from
   the reviewer. The first is put almost 2 days after the review
   started. The second one is put almost 2 days before the review
   ends.

 - Some of Xfrin and Xfrout tasks were postponed.  The two of three
   Xfrout tasks are planned before the beta release, but the rest is
   planned to end after the release.  The postponed Xfrin tasks
   are not shown on this chart since we three haven't planned properly
   yet. This is because they were overlapped by another plan which is
   to revise the whole of Xfrout, Xfrin and Zonemgr. I noticed that on
   #2158.

 - Instead of that postponement, another statistics task, which is
   revising the stats module, was advanced. The ticket is #2179.

 - Some tasks related to the auth module were removed due to their
   unnecessity.
