[bind10-dev] possible purpose of f2f

After today's call it occurred to me that it may make sense to have a
f2f meeting earlier than next year if we use a part of the time for
some form of code sprint or hackathon.  Of course we should still
consider cost-effectiveness, but with this plan we don't have to
sacrifice the development time, and if it works well it may become a
more productive week than usual as there's no time difference and we
can discuss issues in real time and f2f.

Also, with this plan I think the schedule can be a bit more flexible:
it should be okay later in the September-December timeframe.

Just a thought.
