hmm, maybe it's worth mentioning. How about:
460.? [func] jinmei
Python isc.dns: the Name, RRType and RRClass classes are now
hashable. So, for example, objects of these classes can be
used as a dictionary key.
(Trac #1883, as a result of changes in other tickets)

These are probably pretty minor, but as a set maybe it's worth
mentioning briefly. Maybe:
461.? [func] jelte, muks
libdns++: The LabelSequence class has been extended with some new
methods. These are mainly intended for internal development, but
the class is public, so interested users may want to look into the
extensions.

it's a visible change, so we may want to mention it. Ask Mukund.

We need a changelog for it, and we in fact discussed the text in review,
but Mukund seemed to forget to update it. Ask him.

looks like we need a changelog for it. Ask Mukund.

looks like a visible change, but I don't have a good idea about how to
describe it.

maybe worth noting, but I don't have a good idea about how to describe
it.

- the introduction of isc-sysinfo
- unified way of configuring data sources
- (some of the known bugs in the older sqlite3 data source in terms of
query handling should have been fixed as a result of migrating to
the new implementation, but we've not identified which)

Possibly the library name change may cause unexpected result. But I'm
not sure.
For the rest, I'm just commenting that I don't think we need a
changelog for the corresponding ticket.

(mostly) internal cleanup. no need to mention.

not really familiar with it, but looks like a refactoring (no need to
mention)

I don't think we need to mention it.

internal cleanup. no need to mention.

The following are mostly internal building blocks for scalable
in-memory data source and don't need to be mentioned:

probably too minor to mention.

doesn't matter.

this is a visible change, but maybe too minor to mention.
