Ideally the original bind10-dev would have been called bind10-dns.
However, the name is now well-known and it will be too much trouble
changing it.

I am anticipating that the number of DNS-related posts will vastly
outnumber the DHCP-related ones.  The new list will allow subscribers
to track the DHCP posts without being swamped by the DNS ones.
