After #2136, #2137, and #2138, b10-auth and boss run independently
from b10-stats.  They passively accept periodical requests from
b10-stats and return their statistics. That is, I think b10-stats is
no longer needed as a default module.

So should we remove b10-stats from the default modules like #1885?
Otherwise would an administrator like to initially look statistics of
only boss and b10-stats without b10-auth?  I think this decision would
depend on user's requirement.
