[bind10-dev] #2432 dependent bugs

Hi all

There is some concern that #2432 is blocking a list of bugs coming after
it in the current sprint. trac2432 itself is blocked on some discussion,
but any code updates after now will be small. I suggest that developers
start on the dependent bugs based on the current `trac2432` branch, with
the following in mind:

* Don't use the suffix operator++ with the RRsetCollectionBase::iterator
  interface, but use the prefix one.

* Don't copy iterators.

* There could be some API changes in trac2432 after discussion, but
  these should be trivial to update in the derived branches, which can
  be done at a time after trac2432 is merged to master.
