[bind10-dev] Multiple auths running

Hello

If you want to look at the experiment from today ‒ running two auths at once to
answer queries ‒ it is in vorner-multiauth. There's a note how to use it and the
disadvantages of it in the git commit message, but I think there isn't much to
do it properly (eg. defining the share name of the application, we need to
refactor/cleanup the portconfig thing anyway, as we agreed with Jinmei in the
#805) and solving how to stop only one instance of the auth server when needed.
