[bind10-dev] [sprint planning] sprint ticket proposals

Given the F2F last week and the slightly different nature of the current 
sprint, I left the next sprint proposed queue as it was. Some work this 
week has resulted in a number of additions to it, and it has grown quite 
large again.

But that doesn't mean things can't be added anyway, so if you like to 
promote any specific work for the next sprint, you have until a random 
point in the weekend when I will send out requests for estimates :)

(current main goals for that sprint will be in-mem nsec3 and 
implementation of some of the performance ideas)
