Regarding performance, is it response performance (often measured by
the max QPS)? If so, do you know which level of performance is
expected, e.g., thousands of queries per sec, or tens of thousands?
Do you know which type of servers are they, whether delegation centric
or for leaf domains, or hybrid, if there's a clear trend? I suspect
possible approaches for higher response performance with DB backend
will highly depend on this type of expected usage.
