[bind10-dev] Supported systems, was Fedora server added to the BIND 10 build/test farm

My idea is to use the term "supported" as the guide
(doc/guide/bind10-guide.*) section 1.1 (which BTW is clear about
supported == tested on).

PS: I have an open ticket about the guide upgrade, if it is the right way
