[bind10-dev] next development release

The branch for the next development release of BIND 10 is expected to be 
done around 17:00 UTC on Wednesday, March 28. I don't have a formal 
freeze period planned ahead of that time. I will just check jabber and 
discuss there if needed. But if you plan to merge any significant 
changes Tuesday or Wednesday please let me know.

As discussed in our team call earlier today, three changes planned for 
the release include: mixed logging fix, in-memory data 
source documentation, and #1836 fix.

The release tarball will be announced on Thursday, March 29.
