[bind10-dev] DNS MIB draft

A few weeks ago, I also individually got a mail from Simon, who is one
of authors of that I-D. This draft is based on BIND 9 implementation,
but the BIND 10 experimental MIB which I worked on about some months
ago is referred in that I-D. That's very interesting. I heard that the
authors would like to get some feedbacks from the BIND 10 team.
