[bind10-dev] build farm changes

This is a heads up:

The build farm infrastructure is being changed today to add listing of 
the repo to the build queue file.  This is automated. But now we can 
manually add an entry.

There will likely be some fall out and some errors associated with this 
today as I convert over all the systems to use the new syntax.  (All the 
systems use shared build / test steps which they retrieve automatically 
so this is easy to fix at once -- but they all have a one local script 
that I need to update also).

I will let you know when I completed.
