[bind10-dev] guide comments

1) The guide documents Auth/datasources.  Is this for xfr* use only? I 
think it needs some note about the status in the guide. Please suggest 
(or commit) something.

2) Two incomplete sentences: "bindctl. To reload a zone, you the same 
command as above."  What was this supposed to say?

3) Auth loadzone is documented twice. One says it has:

   datasrc optionally defines the type of datasource (it defaults to
   "memory"). 

I think that no longer exists, but is it planned?
