On looking into it closer, I guess we can now ignore it (and can
remove from the guide).  As far as I can see, xfrin has code that
refers to the Auth/datasources config, but that code isn't used at
all.

This looks like (at least partially) an editorial error introduced in
a5813028 (try git show a5813028 bind10-guide.xml).  I believe
we can just remove the "<command>bindctl.</command>".  I'm not sure
about "To reload a zone, you the same command as above."  This
sentence is broken, and seems to have been always broken.  Ask Michal,
who first wrote this (would-be) sentence according to the history.

It seems to be obsolete.  I guess it would be nice (or even necessary)
for loadzone to be able to specify a specific data source (or a view
if/when we support it), but there's no specific plan for it AFAIK.
And in any case that's a separate issue.
