So in fact host was not deleted but only moved to examples. Fine!
BTW I'll open a new ticket asking a port of host.cc to python,
i.e., to a host.py. I can even do it as a part of the service
developments (I already know well bind10 and you should have a lot
of more urgent things to do... if you prefer we can swap coding and
reviewing)
