I think it should not. If you start bind10 and auth crashes right away, then
yes, it should stop.
But if you add auth to the config as needed (not core) and then commit the
change, I think we should not consider it the same and not crash now.

Yes, I can't really get through the discussion. I don't know if the proposed
solution did solve the problem, it was a dead end or solved something partially.
So it's hard to estimate.

I do think so. The current bindctl is already looking as a bunch of patches and
fixes holding together only because several kilometres of duck tape and huge
amount of luck.
