Yes, this has been one my personal agenda for quite some time (to
push/help with this), but it is rather low on the list and keeps
dropping off
BTW, this may very well have been the reason we decided not to include
it in the release tarball for now. But I can't find any written record
of this decision right now. IIRC we even considered making the test
suite a separate download, which is still possible (it does not need
the bind10 source tree, if you run it with ./run_lettuce.sh -I)

the question is of course, what to actually do here. This also ties in
(but in not the same problem as) how to approach cmdctl certificates
on first install.
Should we default to 'any user on localhost may connect unless admin
says they can't'? (in that case we could drop the prompt on bindctl's
first run and just use some fixed credentials)
