I see the point.  I'm also concerned about increased administrative
overhead and losing the buffer of weekends (sometimes we submit
proposals in weekends, which may or may not be good in terms of how we
spend weekends productively, but that aside, I think it actually
helped when we were too busy before that).

So, I'm not sure, and therefore I have no objection to giving it a
try.
