[bind10-dev] reusing statistics item_description to generate some docs

I have no such plans.

b10-stats-httpd displays a content of item_description currently. It
gets it by invoking showschema command to b10-stats via CC-session.

And I think there are same ones in the manpages of modules,
e.g. b10-auth.xml, b10-xfrout.xml, ..  They are manually
documented currently. Maybe that's all.

We might be able to generate a statistics section in such manpage from
a spec file.
