[bind10-dev] [sprint planning] estimates for sprint ending 2012-09-18

I'll probably miss this sprint planning call, so I'm sending this by
email.

According to the current progress, I suspect we won't have time to
complete the originally scheduled tasks for the background zone
loading.

So I revise the meta ticket for this feature (#2201) by replacing some
of the tickets using higher level abstraction with a somewhat
quick-hack tasks (which can be done sooner).

The new development tasks are #2234 and #2235.  For estimation, I
think we can reasonable reuse the points for #2207 (for #2234) and
#2212 (for #2235).
