[bind10-dev] upgraded clang on macmini

I have installed a second version of clang on the macmini system. It 
appears to have more warnings.  I am doing some tests with it.  (I still 
have old version installed too, so I can switch back if needed.)

I noticed the new warnings when I couldn't complete the analyzer builds 
when using --with-gtest with this new clang++. (See my other email about 
the analyzer.)

The first new detected warning/error is at

The new version is clang version 3.2. The previous version we used on 
this system was 2.8.  (We also still use 2.8 on a FreeBSD build system.)
