We don't have any direct support for it right now. But I think you could do a
quick hack something like a shell script that would call an SQL query, put it
through sed to generate the ACL syntax for our system and pipe it at runtime to
bindctl to update it. And run it from time to time from cron, for example.

But that's a workaround at best, I'd say.
