You mean something like 2.6→3 in linux kernel? I think that we can afford to
have 0.something for a while and when we are reasonably sure the API won't
change any time soon, and the thing works, then say it is to be called 1.0, the
API be fixed, but no new big features there. So the event would be we claim it
to be usable, but not by new feature set.
