Well, there are two options. One is /tmp (or any other temporary-files
directory). The other is /var/lib/bind10 or where are placed files of bind10 by
default.

As with permissions, it should be readable by the bind10 user only.

And, as the message would be FATAL, I think it's OK to just note to the admin to
remove it after examination. Every admin should look into FATAL messages.

But on debug level only. I think it is acceptable to have it on debug-only ‒
most admins will not run with that, but they'll likely employ some line-based
utility to watch over the logs.

I don't think a traceback should be on debug only ;-).
