[bind10-dev] heads up: 'bind10' renamed to 'b10-init' (and Boss to Init)

I just merged the renaming of bind10/boss/bob.

'bind10' is now called 'b10-init', and internally it is known as
'Init' instead of 'Boss'.

Goodbye Bob!

It auto-upgrades config, so if you switch to any branches from before
this merge, they might break your active config :p

It might also mean you could run into build issues (I don't think so
but you never now with make deps :p); if you do, please try a clean
rebuild first. Then come shout at me.
